We book by phone and give you a window, not a guess. Olde Providence South sits about six miles southwest of the center of Matthews, and we treat it like any other stop on the route through this side of town - no extra trip charge tacked on because you're a few minutes further out than the neighborhoods closer in. Tell us what the door is doing (won't open, opens crooked, makes a bang on the way down) and we'll tell you whether it sounds like a spring, a cable, or an opener problem before the truck even leaves. That saves you a diagnostic fee if the fix turns out to be something small.
We don't carry every part for every era of door on the truck.
